Azreal seems like a good guess. It could be fantasy in the elf-line, but I do get an old-school power armor feel to it. I'm going to guess the old metal command squad sarge (by the way, I haven't cheated and looked ahead--despite the date, but that's probably obvious). I'm just now catching up on my blogging after a brief hiatus.
