On the Bench: Tyranids

With all of the talk about the upcoming nids codex, I felt like posting some pictures of nids that I did during the last edition.

While I liked the scheme, looking back, I debate if I selected the right color scheme.

    I think the sheme works quiet well- not perfect I agree. But your techniquwa shines on models like these.

    I like the scheme too. You could have gone whole hog on the variation between the yellow and the purple, but you didn't. I like the subtelty. very nice.

    I find it hard to judge colour schemes on genestealers and broodlords cause they dont have that balance of chitin the others do but your gaunts and tyrant gaurd look awesome!! i really dig the colour scheme and they are well painted to boot! and considering gaunts are often the bulk of the army...
