So for this week's #WIPWednesday for #AgeofSigmar is a savage orruk. One of my favorite things about Age of Sigmar is the level of flexibility when it comes to picking what to work on for my armies. Gone are the days of finishing a unit and saying to myself that I cannot use it because I do not have the minimum requirements for an army. With that idea in mind, I have decided to add a unit of savage orruks to my destruction army as I am sick of painting ogors and still need a third battleline warscroll for the army.
The first model I am painting for the warscroll is a test model using a pre-assembled savage orruk that I got via a trade. The model was plastic glued to the base, so I had to cut around the base and clean a few mold lines from the model. That said, one of his toes was damaged during the process, so I am going to attempt to hide the damage instead of taking the time to green stuff it.
